It is terrifying to contemplate just how many goals Erling Haaland could score for Manchester City given his incredible efficiency in front of the net.
This summer, the Premier League winners from the previous season spent £52 million on the Norwegian international player, and he has started off quite well for them.
Haaland didn’t spend any time getting a start, and it paid off.
On the first weekend of the new Premier League season, the 22-year-old scored both goals for the Citizens in an easy 2-0 victory over West Ham.
Then scoring once more in a wild game with Newcastle United that ended 3-3. When City were behind 3-1 at St. James’ Park, he scored a goal that helped ignite a comeback for the team.
After that, he scored hat tricks in consecutive games against Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest. Finally, he scored his tenth league goal of the season in a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa at Villa Park.
At Molineux, he scored the 11th goal as the Wolves were defeated by the score of 3-0.
Despite the fact that he is still young, Haaland has scored a significant number of goals for both his club and his nation, and it appears that his while time playing for City will not be any different.
